A universe on the farm: from the milk to the cheese

We make cheese from fresh cow's milk at the Gostner Schwaige. Farmer Franz tells us all about the milk's journey from cow to cheese. We discover the different flavours of the milk during a comparative tasting. When our fresh cheese is ready, we fill it and decorate it. Before we set off again, we can taste our home-made Alpine cream cheese.

For children aged 6 and over accompanied by one adult per family!
